All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp or phone are subject to availability and confirmation by Noor INN Guest House management. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
All guests are required to present valid original CNIC / passport at the time of check-in. Guest house management reserves the right to refuse check-in without valid identification.
Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and, where available, bank transfer or mobile wallet payments.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may not be refunded.
Noor INN Guest House maintains a smoke-free, family-friendly and respectful Islamic environment. Guests are expected to conduct themselves accordingly and respect other guests and staff at all times. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Noor INN Guest House is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
